To fix this, I completely re-architected the platform’s core interface ecosystem. By focusing on data scannability and progressive disclosure, I transformed complex dashboards, messy time-tracking sheets, and disjointed communication channels into a fluid, high-velocity operational command center tailored for digital agencies and startups.</p><p>To bridge the gap between design intuition and real-world execution, I ran my early concepts and final designs through a rigorous validation loop—utilizing Claude Sonnet for an AI-driven user audit and stress-testing the layouts directly with a professional working in a fast-paced startup team.</p>
