Why we collect it

Answers produce your score and readiness breakdown. Timing data flags questions that are unclear. Profile content powers your public page.

What we never do

We do not sell your data, and we do not show your individual answers to orgs — only the score and skills you choose to make public.

Your controls

Export everything as JSON from Settings → Privacy & data. Hide yourself from leaderboards with one toggle. Delete your account at any time.

Retention

Deleted accounts are removed within 30 days. Benchmark results are anonymised and kept so historical weeks stay comparable.
