Varad Shinde is a creative director based in India on Dazzle.

<p>I'm a multidisciplinary creative currently transitioning into UI/UX design, driven by curiosity about how people think, feel, and interact with products. I'm actively learning UX through structured coursework and hands-on projects, with a focus on user research, problem framing, and clear, functional design.</p><p>Before moving into UX, I've spent the last couple of years working across creative fields including video editing, videography, sound design, logo design, and content creation. This background has helped me develop a strong visual sense, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging experiences, skills I now bring into my design thinking process.</p><p>I'm especially interested in roles or internships where I can learn by doing, collaborate closely with teams, and grow into a thoughtful, reliable UI/UX designer. I'm open to entry-level roles, internships, and hybrid creative positions that allow me to build real-world experience while contributing with my existing skills.</p><p>I value learning, consistency, and honest work, and I'm here to grow long-term, not just fill a role.</p>
