I???m Sophiya. a designer who focuses on creating clear and consistent interfaces that are grounded in user understanding while also supporting business goals.</p><p>My approach is strongly influenced by psychology and behavior. I try to understand how users think, where they hesitate, and what drives their decisions. I work with both primary and secondary research using methods like observation. ethnographic research, surveys. interviews. and group discussions to reduce assumptions and design flows that are easier to adopt and scale.</p><p>I design based on context and intent. I focus on understanding people. keeping things clear, and making decisions that feel right for both the user and the product. I believe that when design is thoughtful and consistent. it naturally supports growth without needing to be loud!</p>
