Shravani P is a lead product designer based in India on Dazzle.

<p>I started out as a front-end developer, mostly because I was curious about how things actually work. After that, I kept exploring different engineering domains like a geek, trying to understand the whole picture instead of sticking to just one role.Eventually, I realized I enjoyed the creative side more, especially solving user problems, so I moved into UI/UX. I worked really hard there and ended up becoming a Lead Product Designer at a startup, where I was not just designing but also leading juniors, working closely with devs, and taking ownership. At the same time, I was a UI/UX lead for two college committees and mentored a lot of juniors along with taking college level seminars. Best part was participating and winning not just design hackathons but technical hackathons. After a point, I felt I was thinking beyond just design , more about product decisions and user centric thinking. UI/UX started feeling limiting. That???s when I transitioned into Product Management.Now I???m working full-time at a startup as a PM, wearing multiple hats and using my tech, design, creativity, and management skills together. It didn???t feel like a switch, more like a natural next step.</p>
